First Six Months 2014

We started 2014 with a trip to Winter Park / Mary Jane. We stayed at Snow Mountain Ranch with Dede and the boys. Kathy is snowshoeing!

Skiing Winter Park. We had great weather!

Second ski trip was to Copper Mountain. Quite possibly the best snow ever. Light snow fell most of the day with kept the slopes stocked with fresh powder. It was awesome!

Kathy getting ready to point them downhill and leave Randy in the dust.

Randy is having so much fun he can hardly contain himself.

This was Randy's first time skiing at Copper.

Look at all that fresh snow! Some parts of the mountain had nearly a foot of  deep fresh snow. We were among the first skiers on the lift so we were able to make the first tracks. Skiing where nobody has already skied is so much fun.

The Copper base. Very beautiful.

This is either Santi or Daft Punk.

Santi and I look uphill in hopes of spotting Kathy and JP.

Kathy is caught leaving the house for work. I do not remember school administrators or teachers looking like this back in the day.

For Valentines Day dinner we went to Bittersweet. We enjoyed a 5 course dinner of Goat Cheese, Rabbit Sausage, Scallops, Chicken, Short Ribs, and Chocolate or Blood Orange dessert. We ordered the wine pairing for each course as well. Bittersweet is ranked as the #5 Denver restaurant by 5280 magazine. It was very, very good. Kathy is wearing a Herve Leger Leilani Paisley Jacquard skirt.

We visited Bristol Brewery in Colorado Springs. Kathy felt right at home in The Principal's Office, Libations for the Troubled.

We enjoyed a Springtime baseball game.
